Each time I went in , they let you sit and wait for 20-25 min and only after saying you need an appointment (open bank account , change of address ) and they send you to the bank next to the woodfield mall Also said you can’t change address unless you lived there at least for 2 years !!! Unprofessional and giving false information!!!! Please quit your job and let other people do your work! Shame !!! Such a poor service at this branch BOA .

marta bujnowska1Went in to open a checking account and was told that they don't accept walk in and I need to make an appointment for future date. I went to another branch and had account opened within 10 minutes. This branch seems to be just turning people away.. BETTER TO AVOID IT.

Mustafa Tahran1I had a very frustrating home loan process with this branch. The mortgage officer of the branch, John Sudol, and his managers literally messed up my 2021 summer. Since they offered me a very good rate and downpayment/closing credits, I preferred to work with them. It was very late when I understood that they just offer, but do not give. We started the mortgage process with John at end of April-2021 and nothing was clear by the end of June. Then, we decided to change the mortgage officer and the bank. The new bank and the officer closed the file in 35 days for the same house and with the same financial conditions. Apparently, BoA and John wasted my time and messed up my summer. During our mortgage process, John was very unprofessional; didn't reply to the phones and emails. It was taking at least one week to receive a response and clarify a problem. He was always blaming the underwriter. I don't know, or don't mind, who is not doing his work, but the result is a big frustration for me. On the other hand, his managers were also defending him. They didn't do anything, just said they will talk to him and make sure he replies to our emails. They also said that there were too many applications, and they were having a hard time processing them. It cannot be an excuse; if you will not able to process it, you should not have accepted my application. By the way, one of my friends started his mortgage process with John and was able to finalize it at the end of July (3 months). As a result, John Sudol and BoA Schaumburg Branch are not a good choice to start a home loan application

Unwana Akpabio5Unlike a lot of other BOA branches, the staff here are very courteous, respectful, friendly and still professional. I had a pleasing experience at this branch, Raul my banker was very efficient and helpful, answered all my questions and handled my business 10/10. He does an overall great job.

Cynthia Kaus1800 east Huggins rd. I have been trying to get in contact with the Bank of America staff to get into my safety deposit box!!! I have emailed for weeks after weeks. I can’t believe I cannot get into my own safety box!!!!! I need someone to contact me asap

Daniel T Kim1It's a rare and unpleasant experience you can have from any bank. I waited about 15 mins. passed the appointment time. I reached out to a banker to get attention to confirm my appointment. I faced an arrogant tone of voice and a careless explanation of the home loan without any mindful apology. I love working with Bank of America but not at this location.

Yunior Guasch1I used the Drivethru ATM to make a deposit and the ATM did not post my deposit instead given a receipt with a message that says//we are unable to process items and cannot return your items, also when I went inside the bank to let them known that ATM is not working properly and the lady at the lobby was very rude and told me that machines make mistakes and that I have to call customer service, I was surprised by this wrong response by a bank costumer service agent, not good and very rude. When called costumer service they told me that they will do a temporary credit to my account for that deposit and it was not, also they say their investigation can take up to 45 days, how can this happen is their ATM's that is making the mistake not the costumers.

Kristin Hansen5I wanted to take the time to review my experience at this bank. I had gone there to get a temporary debit card until my new one arrives, and first off, the employees are always friendly to me. My recent experience there a few days was unexpected. Kevin who is currently the manager there had went above and beyond for me. Due to me having my left side of my arm being weak, I have troubles when needing to do something through the drive-thru, especially if it a little farther away than my arm length (I have to use my right hand). I needed to activate my card at the ATM and I explained my situation to him. He with no hesitation helped me - he offered to walk me to the ATM and block it off from cars coming through so that I can activate my card without any troubles. I am very happy and satisfied with his kindness to go out of his way to do this for me. I wanted to make notice of my experience, and recommend this bank to people!

Sreeman Manam1Worst bank and even worse location! Don't answer the phone calls to schedule an appointment. So, I drove to the bank as they didn't answer calls and surprisingly the systems are down to do a wire transfer. They try to argue very politely to say that they can't help and the only thing they don't do is helping you. By the way bank of America scheduling website shows no appointments available for any of the 10 locations available.

Nicolas LV1This was good Bank location,but my last experience was terrible. They miss my appointment ,even if they checked that has correctly settled, they don’t solve my issue on wire transfer . I’ll will move my account to an other bank.
