D B5I went to Wells Fargo to update a business account and had the great fortune of working with Bill. He gave us so many helpful tips and was very patient. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and I think he should get a promotion for the high quality of work he does! Thank you Bill!

S H5My hubby & I went to Wells Fargo, Schaumburg 2 weeks ago to talk to a banker about getting a special certification to transfer a small value account. We had the pleasure of getting Bill Rizos to assist us then. Bill was so informative on what was needed from the other institution for Wells Fargo and him to be able to do. We went there today with the needed document and Bill not only remembered us, but was informative, professional yet down-to-earth at the same time. We have not banked at Wells Fargo before, but Bill made today's transaction process so smooth and painless. So, if you are thinking about opening an account - I would not hesitate asking for Bill for assistance. He got 10 stars from us today!! :-)

google07man1Made an appointment, and showed up early for it. After the appointment time, I was still waiting and was told several times that it would be a few more minutes. 15 minutes after the appointment time I left. Got a call 27 minutes after the appointment time apologizing, and saying I could come back. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode, "you know how to make an appointment, but you don't know how to keep an appointment"

Curtis Laketek3I've always used the Dundee rd location, they're quick with lines and very nice. However I stood in line for 40 mins just to deposit. Only 2 reps helping out customers, well two others seemed to be busy doing other stuff. They could have helped to shorten the line. When I left the line went into the parking lot. The guy was nice, not his fault. Just the other two employees could have assisted to shorten the line Que. Not one person was happy in line no appologies to anyone for the long line. Changed review from a 1 too a 3 star since they replied to this review. Thank you, last I was in there the process was better

Jim Barnes1I wish less stars were available. I went to this branch to deposit money for a friend and was told they couldn't accept cash for deposit because I wasn't on the account. What kind of bank wont accept cash as a deposit Wells Fargo. But they will accept a check or money order for deposit. -10 Would be acceptable score.

Yogi P1I was at this branch today to open an account. I was in the bank prior to their closing time and waiting. And then one of the staff comes to me and says they cannot open my account because the bank hours are closed. Great customer service if someone was looking to lose a potential customer. . I am glad I did not bank here before. And I am pretty sure I won’t bank with Wells Fargo I future. This is not how you entertain a new customer
