  Lisa and her team were exceptional! They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Lisa was up-front about every step of the process and broke down every detail for me to understand. Lisa and her team were incredibly kind, personable, and professional, making the whole process feel less intimidating.   My wife and I completed a loan refinancing approval through FAIRWAY independent mortgage company and wanted to write this review to tell you how WONDERFUL it was to deal with this staff! Lisa Cummings was our Loan Originator and the Branch Manager Hillary Chavez was our Loan Setup Specialist Lisa’s assistance was Yvonne Koval As a former (now retired) Pharmacy Chief for the Department of Veterans Affairs at a multi-system health care facility……I had 75 employees as direct reports. Coming from over 35 years of direct management experience I fully appreciate the value of extraordinary team members I must say unequivocally these people made the entire process so pleasant and they were EXPERTS at what they do!!!!!! My wife and I were absolutely overwhelmed with their efficiency; kindness; ease of transaction; and helpfulness through this process. Lisa, Hillary, and Yvonne went out of their way to make us feel like they had known us forever ! I could not get over the customer care and concern they had for us! They knew the answer to every question; they handled all our trepidations with kindness and speed; they were beyond any expectation we could have even imagined. We retired and built our home out here to be with other family. We had not taken out a home loan in probably 20+ years (other home was paid for). As you might imagine, we were rather new to the whole process and had many questions. This team in Albuquerque was FABULOUS!!!!!!!! THEY ARE FABULOUS FOLKS!!!!!! They are the BEST of the BEST.

  An easy 5 star rating. Fairway has talented people who are responsible, quick to answer complex and even the most basic questions. We've used Fairway's help in the Pacific Northwest and now in New Mexico and each time the entire mortgage process has been smooth, quick, easy and very professional.
