  Linton Hall Realtors did a fantastic job helping us with our realty needs. Heidi found us a house in a super quick timeframe and was very responsive every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable and was available whenever needed to answer our questions. Ashley helped us sell out old house, inspecting it, scheduling all the remedial work, and guiding us through the entire sale process. Highly recommend.

  I recently had to move from a big two-story home to one-level living. Tim Forman was my realtor. Every home we went to see was under contract before i could decide yes or no. Finally, a 'coming soon' listing popped up and Tim got the first showing appointment, advised me what was necessary to make the offer impossible to resist and i got the house! He then represented me to sell the old house. He worked hard at open houses and sold it for top price. His advice throughout always proved sound. He remained cool when i got frustrated.   Linton Hall Realtors, specifically Chad Hollingsworth, did a fantastic job selling our home. We had several obstacles to overcome from the start, regarding the location of our home and the upstairs floor plan, but Chad and the Linton Hall Team exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. The photos and marketing flyers were professional, and very effective in drawing buyer interest. Chad offered years of experience and sound advice, to help us make informed decisions at each step of the contract negotiation. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the outcome of the sale. We look forward to continue working with Chad, as we search for a new home to purchase.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Heidi Ludwig at Linton Hall Realtors several years back, and more recently this week when I needed her help with locating a document from my previous home sale. Heidi worked quickly and efficiently to sell my property in 2011 and was extremely helpful and responsive to me throughout the sale process, and she again provided me with a quick (same day!) turnaround on my recent request this week as well.   Chad was our agent and he was able to sell our home in three weeks. It is our first time selling a house and Chad patiently guided us throughout the whole process.   Purchasing a home without your spouse can be very daunting. You want to make the best decision for your family and also consider your spouse preferences too. We knew that we would ask Heidi Ludwig to become our realtor as soon as the home purchasing process came to mind. We conveyed to Heidi the specifications for our home purchase and she assured us that we were in good hands. As it became overwhelming for me, Heidi would always reassure me that the home we wanted was out there. She was ALWAYS position, patient, willing to answer my questions, encouraging and professional.   We worked with Suzanne Leake to purchase our home, and it was a great experience from start to finish. She was very personable, took all of our wants into consideration, took us to see houses in various locations so we could decide where we wanted to move to, and escalated showing us houses once our old house sold. She definitely had our best interests in mind in the negotiations and went to bat for us for our most important requests. The best thing is that we found an awesome house that is perfect for us.
