  Jody Severini is your guy! He was extremely helpful through the whole process and very proactive. In particular, he called the listing agent when we put in an offer to verify with them that we were good for financing. He went the extra mile every single time and you can't ask for a better person to work with you when buying a house. As for Caliber... They have the best rates anywhere, period dot. They easily beat the competition by. 25-.5% or more on every type of loan we checked. Definitely recommend!

  Our loan consultant, Samantha Dogan, helped us very much from A to Z for the Mortgage loan issues.   So many good things to say about Caliber home loans and Brian Murphy! I didn’t feel well informed by other lenders I was working with and from the first phone call, I noticed a huge difference. I was shocked at how low the rates they offered me were. During the approval process I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop— everything really was THAT good from start to finish. I will recommend this lender to everyone I know. They were true to their word and saved me a lot of money in the process.
