  drive through service is either 2 seconds or an hour with the same amount of cars. six cars passed me because i picked the wrong lane lol. never had that happen.

  This is the best bank ever. I feel like my money is more secure. I really do trust this bank. No monthly charge, no monthly fee, even if you dont use your card at all. I hope this policy doesn't change. I will be a member forever. Thank you Apple FCU. They have also the best customer service ever. The staffs are super friendly and super cool.

  Great customer service. Friendly people. Great bank to bank with. So many perks going with the union. They were able to refinance my car and I saved a lot of money going through them. I can't wait to finance with them when I buy a house.

  Good credit union, albeit I would like them to follow first come first serve in regards to their drive thru teller. Edit: Thanks for the reply albeit it had nothing to do with me feeling this way or the other way. I was not served in turn plain and simple.

  Horrible service both inside the branch and out. They sent me a card offer in the mail and it was a hassle just to check the balance they could offer me when I went in. The worker there went ahead and checked everything on my record when I clearly told him just to check for that one thing. I will be closing my account with them as I’m done with this bank.

  Absolutely amazing customer service, though can get backed up sometimes due to COVID restrictions.

  I went in and opened a checking & savings account with them today. The process was fast, and I was treated in a professional manor. Looking forward to doing my banking here.

  So cheap service website said it’s open we drove 40 minutes when we reach it’s close it’s no update in website no notice in doors it’s happened February 18 and February 19 if you guys close for any reason you should update in your website
