  Bought a house a week ago helped by this company. They went above and beyond to make it possible, specially Gail. She is a thoughtful and caring woman. She maintained a good level of professionalism and yet at the same time it felt like I was working with a friend. We shared laughs and emotions throughout the whole process. We went through a lot together to make I and my mom's dreams of home ownership come true. Gail stuck by us the whole time doing everything she could to help.   It was really great working with Ed and Rachel at Lincoln Financial Mortgage to refinance our mortgage. This was our second loan through Lincoln Financial Mortgage. They are very knowledgeable and were not only able to answer every question we had, but gave us multiple mortgage options to choose from based on our situation. They walked us through each of the options and we were able to quickly pick the best option for us. From there, we were able to submit the paperwork online and the loan was processed was very smoothly and quickly. As a result, we were able to lower our mortgage rate and cut around 5 years off the term of the loan. We would recommend Lincoln Financial Mortgage to anyone buying a home or refinancing their existing home.

  I worked with Gail B. while getting a loan with The Mortgage Firm (to my knowledge, TMF is not associated with LFM however, this review pertains to Gail, not TMF or LFM.) Gail was always helpful, even during her transition between companies. I highly recommend Gail to anybody who is purchasing or refinancing their house. She was always available to answer my questions and followed up with me promptly if TMF needed more information. Five Stars all around for Gail!
