      They keep promising to install fiber optic, but there's always an excuse why it hasn't happened yet. It was supposed to be done weeks ago. The service we do have goes down constantly, and if you call and make them mad, you get punished. This is what happens when you're dealing with the only game in town. 12/2021. It’s been a year.       There is a fine group of ladies(it really seems to be one) that have always assisted me when I call the phone company. Even after many years(I was gone for 5 years)getting my phone service back on will be simple. The lady didn't even make me feel bad about the past due balance owed.
