  We are very impressed with the level of customer service at Goldenwest Credit Union. We are new to the area and opened an account there. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. Sabrina handled a very large document requiring notary with care and precision. Nico helped us open our account and guided us to the best options suited for us. We look forward to banking with GWCU on Sunset Boulevard in St. George!

  Have been a member for six years and have been pleased with customer service with the exception of a recent negative encounter. I had accumulated quite a few coins and decided to roll them and take them in for deposit. After dropping them off, I received a phone call from Sabrina, letting me know that they could not accept my coins for deposit, as they did not have the staff to recount the coins. Disappointing.

  Goldenwest has great customer service! They really try to make you feel connected with them instead of a number for them (as some banks do). They are dedicated to help you go in your personal directions and improve in your financial goals.
