  I have used Vito at Lifestone Mortgage Corporation twice, and both times he has communicated clearly and frequently. He is also a great collaborator; as I had questions and potential challenges to completing the process, he always asked good questions and found ways for us to problem solve together. He was a great partner in this process, and he helped me get a really good deal!

  My wife and I are first time home buyers. Our home search took well over 1 year and Vito was there to answer every question throughout the process. He was also very patient with us :). When we finally found our home I naturally shopped other lenders. I went with Vito because he was hands down the most honest and reliable person I had met. He also happened to have the best rates. Vito is a class act and you will not go wrong should you choose Lifestone. He was in constant communication with our agent and attorney enabling us to close on time. I would recommend Vito and Lifestone to any potential home buyer without reservation.

  Bryce and the whole LifeStone team was amazing to work with. I was originally going to go with a big name company but I couldn’t be happier that I chose LifeStone, they got me a way lower rate and saved me a ton at closing. I would definitely recommend Bryce to anyone looking to buy a home, he will keep you updated through the whole process and you can tell he really cares.

  Dealing with this mortgage company has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. My husband and I had been in the process of obtaining a mortgage through this company and dealing with the agent named Jules for 9 weeks. We were given a pre-approval pretty quickly which left us thinking they were quick and responsive ...after getting the pre-approval we put in an offer on our dream home and it was accepted. We paid for a lawyer, appraisal signed contracts the whole nine yards. We were told multiple times they had everything they needed and submitted all paperwork to the underwriters and assured us we would close on the closing date given with no issues. My husband and I were preparing to move in we packed our entire house in boxes. The week before the closing we had a short vacation planned hesitant to leave town during this process we were told over and over they didn’t need any other documentation and had all paperwork needed, that the underwriters were just extremely behind. We went on vacation thinking we’re were coming back to our new home and we’re so excited. When we returned my husband contacted Jules to see how we should pay. We were completely shocked when Jules told us he hadn’t even submitted the paperwork to the underwriters yet.... literally 2 days before our closing he then continued to tell us we needed to submit my husband’s divorce papers and that he needed to go in front of a judge to change some technicality’s. This would have been completely acceptable if it had been in the beginning of the 9 weeks dealing with them, we would have had plenty of time before our closing date but because he didn’t even attempt to do his job until the very last min we did not close on time as promised. This upset the seller as they were counting on this date . We lost our dream home as they then terminated the contract and sold it to the other offers they had. 3 days later my husbands divorce paper technicality’s which Jules claimed was the issue was changed in front of a judge. Literally in this process for a whole 9 weeks and lost everything because Jules and his manager Casey are incapable of doing their jobs in every way possible. I’m only assuming the company they work for aren’t much different. We started dealing with a different company and what took them 9 weeks they did in 3 days. Everything about this company is shady and if you would like to successfully purchase a home avoid this company at all cost.

  Vito made my first time home buying experience a lot smoother than I was anticipating. Him & his team worked hard, took care of everything from paperwork, making calls and getting me what I needed to move forward. Highly recommended, and will be using him again in the future.

  Only reason I gave 3 stars was because I closed. Otherwise, I had a bad experience working with Casey as he was unprofessional and at other times, rude. Most times he kept me and the folks on my side of the transaction in the dark for many days without any information on what was going on. Emails and calls were not returned on many occasions and had to even reschedule closing. He lacks customer service and communication skills at the most basic level. Called LifeStone Mortgage main line to complain but the persons I spoke with did not connect me with anybody above Casey who could help. Texted the owner who eventually got things moving LIfestone Mortgage: Low rates, reasonable fees. Good loans. With a different Loan Officer who communicates better I would have given 5 stars.

  Vito is amazing! I reached out to him about 4 years ago after reading reviews on him. For 4 years, I have asked him for pre-approvals because we've been wanting to move for that long. Patiently and quickly, he always came back with my pre-approvals, even though it must have seemed like we were just going through the motions. Finally this year, we sold our house and decided to build in a new development that had their own finance company offering $14K of incentives if you went with them. I didn't care for some of the numbers or disclosures and reached out to Vito. He had yet another pre-approval for me within hours and his numbers were significantly better than the builder's financing; the interest rate was better and the closing costs were much lower...ultimately, we'd save more with Vito than the $14K from the builder. We did a VA loan and trust me, there is a reason everyone moans about these loans. The VA had a lot of requirements and it came down to the wire on closing. Vito's team scrambled and worked late the last few days of closing to make our closing date; I know they put in some extra hours and called in favors to get some of the paperwork pushed through. We were called at noon on the last day of the month to close at 4pm that day; and we only made it to close that day because of all the extra work Vito's team put in once the VA finally came back with their approvals! All of this with a smile and a great attitude; never once making me feel as if we were a burden. I would reach out to Vito over these 4 years and every time, especially as we were near closing, he responded within hours, sometimes minutes with an answer! And when we received our final numbers to sign off on, the interest and closing costs were even less than previously provided! I will be recommending Vito to anyone needing a mortgage; all the reviews you can read about him are completely true! Thank you so much, Vito; we are in our dream house and we thank you for making that possible!!!
