  Kathi worked with us patiently from the beginning of the home buying process when we started the initial search. It almost took a year and she worked consistently to help update the offer and guided us , provide relevant information until the final closing of our home. She was always available to for any questions even during weekend and off hours. She also gave us different options during final closing and worked to get us a good rates.   Kathi worked with my parents some 20+ years ago on their mortgage, and with myself this year and has been wonderful on all fronts.   Kathi and her team were fantastic to deal with from application to closing! Kathi is extremely responsive, she was able to get me the loan terms we wanted, and she went above and beyond to close on a short time frame.   My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Kathy Mettille. She was very professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process of our loan. She always was quick to answer our questions and never made us feel like we bothered her.   It was such a pleasure working with Kathi and the FFSB team! Kathi recently assisted us with the purchase of our new home.
