  I have been very impressed with your bank. I have had many opportunities to work with Liz Leonardo She is very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely understanding. I needed a lot of advice and information upon retirement and she was there to assist and set up all my accounts with direct deposit. She is a true asset to your bank and a good reason for me to continue banking with First American. I have and will keep referring clients to you. Thanks to Liz !

  Don’t go here. The customer service is lacking. I overheard a conversation that Angela Young and Elizabeth Leonardo had with one of my family members and I was appalled. They both came across as cold and lack compassion. Honestly, I question their ethics

  Friendly people. Helped me set up a custodial saving account for my son. They also have a change machine which is rare to find in banks these days.

  Angie was as always the best to deal with -right there with an answer and great with follow ups-I would tell folks to talk to her before any one else-she is the best!!!!

  Very professional bank to do business with. Bill pay is great, ATM and all other aspects are great also. We have choices in town and i choose to bank with them out of the other 4 banks in this little town we live in. They are an Illinois bank. Support local!
