  I was really procrastinating on where to have my taxes done. I called Liberty Tax to make an appointment. Made it for the next day. Today I met with Barbara James. She was delightful to work with. I was impressed with her knowledge and advice. Definitely will return next year and the years to come!!

  I've used liberty taxes in Lincolnton, NC on and off for years. They're always nice. Very friendly atmosphere. I would give them a 5 star but like everything else the prices are high. But I do recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do their taxes. Tell them I sent you when you try them out. Tell Debbie I said Hello she is awesome.

  Thank for the positive review. We did not increase our prices last season because we wanted to help other during the pandemic. Even though the cost of everything has gone up, we definitely try to stay competitive. Our 1st goal however is quality and superior service. Sounds like you felt well taken care of.   Debbie is hands down Rockin' it with her tax experience and knowledge of her job she was very kind and patient with me My taxes were a little bit of a mess (meaning big mess) And she didn't miss a beat while figuring everything out!I got my biggest refund yet and it was completely stress free. Definitely recommend to ALL :)

  I thought that Debbie was so outstanding helping me with my taxes and explaing everything to me and she has such a beautiful spirit and I would definitely do my taxes again with Liberty taxes.
