      liberty tax in Beltsville don't take care of their customers I got my taxes done by Ms. Rita and I explained to her that I had to report my child tax deduction she completely ignored it and told me I was suppose to get a certain amount back from my taxes well when it came down to the actual day I got 90% less then what I was told by them, not only I paid around $400 to do my taxes with them they didn't acknowledge there mistake, I requested to at least get some of my money back that I paid for to do my taxes and they told me they will give me 50% off next year. Now why would I do my taxes with them again when they didn't do a good job. the manager didn't even bother calling me and tell me himself I highly don't recommend coming to this location they wont take care of you right. good customer service is knowing your mistake and helping your customer out they did the opposite
