      I had horrible service, as soon as I walked in I was met by a Pablo with an eye patch who looked like he just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. We asked simple question and explained why we were unsatisfied with BOA and that we were thinking about switching to another bank all together if the issues were not being addressed, instead of being understanding he pointed to where we should line up to withdraw all our money and close our account. That was when I decided that I was going to close my account all together. To anyone thinking about opening an account do not go to this location it is horrible!!!

      Do not deposit money at the ATM Sunday's bank on bellsville Maryland The ATM will take your money would not put in your bank account name no then you will have to open the claim To see where your money went for example on December the 14th I deposit some money of the amount $ $ On the 8 PM it is on the right hand side of the building Took my money kept the money the money I did a claim days later today 0 1 14 of 2022 They take the money back from my account Which they say the updates will be on the app wish they're not the only says that the declaim has been close Bank of America does not help Come to find out that my car gets declined at 7 o'clock at night when I'm charmed by milk and diapers for my kid now my account is a Negative and I'm unable to buy anything And now I gotta wait till Monday to get with the claim department cause they close at 5 o'clock this very frustrating for me an family

      I don't normally write reviews but this bank has given me the worst banking experience time and time again. There's six people behind the counter. One person is helping a customer. Two workers on the same computer, trying to figure out a check problem for about 40 minutes. Two other workers talking near the back wall and the last guy counting money. Something isn't right when there's 6 workers and only two customer being helped. There is absolutely no urgency and regard for customers time. The guy behind me just left because the wait was too long. This branch is not being managed right. I'm a branch manager for a different company and I would get fired if my branch was performing in this manner. Bank of America will be losing my business along with my family's if they don't do something about this location soon.

      I don't understand the low rating this BOA location receives. The few times I was there, customer service was outstanding. I wasn't there to make friends, just to handle my financial transactions in a quick, professional and expediate manner, which they did. 5 stars in my opinion.

      Speaking a small business owner, who works with the public and in customer service, I must admit, that I haven't always had the best experience here. I've had to complain about how I was treated and ignored, here, but today Denise offered me the most helpful information! ...and not only did she do that, but she was also very friendly, which is not the normal greeting I get from other staff. I really don't want to give a five star rating, but thanks do Denise, this location's reputation will receive this boost.

      There are a lot of negative reviews of this bank and I understand why. There are long lines and they lack a drive-thru. However, I still received excellent customer service. I dealt with the Merrill Edge representative, Steven, who was efficient, professional, and friendly. This bank seems to regularly get more customers than they can handle, but I appreciate the service I was given by the slightly overworked employees.

      This branch in Beltsville is just terrible. Not only one time, but ALL THE TIME!! They delay the people waiting by taking their time. Whenever I visit for their service, they always have excuses to get me upset. They need better trained employees to make sure to SATISFY their customers rather than just giving customers excuses.

      The drive thru teller was closed and the line inside was long and slow. Of the five tellers inside only three were open and one of the three actually closed while I waited in line. At the longest the line was over twenty people. The only semblance of service beyond the teller came from a guy that asked if anyone needed help from afar and disappeared right after. People came in and formed a line waiting for someone to come and talk to them, and only after one of the clients waiting at the teller line went looking for a staff member they got service. The treatment of some of the clients was right down nasty and unprofessional. Six members of the staff were at the three open tellers, but that didn't necessarily meant faster service. At a times two of the staff watching the others working would glance with lost looke at the teller screen as if they were looking at reentry calculations for a space capsule. That was the most bizarre thing I had ever seen inside a bank. It frightens me that these people have access to my account. When asked about the drive thru teller I was informed that they won't open the lanes again, so this branch effectively doesn't have them anymore. I have never stepped inside this branch, and after I witnessed here, I will make sure never to come in again.

      Extremely disappointed, I been banking with Bank of America since before there name change, but this locations seems like someone cares and no one is in charge, 16 people in line and only 2 cashiers, after closed to an hour its my turn and the lady is giving me hard time about a simple transaction, she has to wait for a manager to tell her what to do, meaning she is laughing and joking with the other agent. Come on banking should not be his difficult use common sense and take care of your customers.

      horrible customer service!!!!!!! associate Etsegent was very rude and poor knowledge what to do with my situation !!! 1,5 she was working silent and I just was waiting . finally she announced why she was mad because instead her lunch she have to assist me ......
