      I wish they were open so we could get more info about my spouse's taxes. We did ours at the same time, but he still has not received anything. The service was good, but now I feel like they are avoiding us in a way.

      My mom uses this office and she has always had a good experience. After her taxes were completed this year, she needed something notarized and the lady at the office had her come in the same day and get it done.

      This place is a JOKE. I've been trying to get ahold of them via phone for 2 days. Go to the office and their hours have changed. They are open Tuesday 930-12. And Thursday 1-4pm. Or by appointment. The number given for NOT get answered. I have called it 15 times today, which by the way is tuesday before 12 and there is NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. I will be reporting this to their corporate office and reviewing on facebook and other social media sites!!! I hope no one uses this place.
