  When you make a payment by check, you better look at the print out they give you and make sure they don’t over charge you by $20.00. That is what happened to me. Because of that it caused my other check that I had out for my water bill to bounce, but my bank payed but I sill got hit with a $35.00 overdraft. When I called and explained what had happened all the woman said was “there’s nothing I can do I don’t have the check here, and I don’t really even look at the check” she acted like she didn’t care. This person put me $55.00 in the hole. Once I’m done paying off this loan I will never set foot in this office ever again.
