  Rene Facundo was amazing! I usually file at H&R block so I was hesitant to switch, but Rene made me feel comfortable to do so. She was very kind and knowledgeable about my tax situation. It only took a few minutes for me to realize that I had made the right decision switching. Her customer service skills are a step above the rest for sure. I could tell she enjoys her job working at Liberty Tax Services, and that definitely was a breath of fresh air. Especially in the midst of a stressful tax season.   Lucinda Short the tax preparer that helped me was professional and experienced. I don’t think I would let anyone else do my taxes. She is the gold standard for liberty tax in my opinion. And helped me with my uneasiness about having my taxes done. 5/5 would get taxes done again.
