  This has been an easy decision to make. Solarity staff is kind and willing to help you. Like right now they are working with me to get my credit up to where it needs to be. They call me every few weeks to check in and give someone advise as to help get my credit up.

  Solarity Credit Union, made our experience very easy, and enjoyable. We had no problem getting what we needed done, completed and done on a super timely manner. The team members at Solarity Credit Union from front desk, teller machine assistant, drive through staff, zoom members, to loan officers who helped do our loan to closing associate assisting us late after hours at their Nob Hill location, made our experience so easy, and quick. We would like to say thank you very much to SCU for all they helped us with, and will be recommending all our family and friends to them for the professional services they provide daily 24/7, all year long. Thank you SCU, you guys are great!. . 10* rating if i had the option. Have a great 2022 in business.

  I called in for help and she said there was no way to help me without a code word. I told her we needed to find a different way and she kept repeating herself. So I called back, got a different person and she gave me the help I needed. No code word necessary. This credit union is not geared toward customer service, it’s amazing it’s the most popular bank in the valley.

  Place is great if your tech savvy .. I sometimes prefer to talk to acual person but now is all computers

  Bailey went completely above and beyond in helping me! I completed an internal Solarity survey and mentioned some frustrations that had been ongoing for several years. Bailey called me and we talked through my situation. She worked quickly and diligently with the IT department and myself over the next few days, always keeping me updated about the progress. Long story short, the problem turned out to be something that was set up years ago and I had forgotten how it was set up. So even though the problem was truly user error on my part, she got to the root of the problem and all the while treated me with the greatest care and respect. She even looked up ATM options for my daughter, who is out of state at college. Bailey then sent an email listing those options and included a map of the area near my daughter to find those specific ATMs. What a great help and service! Thank you Solarity and especially, thank you, Bailey!
