      Second time working with GESA and a car loan with them. Loan officer Agustin was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. He walked me through the process and communicated with me what to expect. He was working remotely and set me up to sign with Alejandra who was also very pleasant and friendly. Great customer service. Will gladly do business again here.

      Hate going here but they’re the closest branch. Always super rude. Today theyre closed for no reason. Every other bank is open but them. I don’t get it. Do yourself a favor and go to HAPO

      My husband called to ask if we needed to make an appointment to add me to his account and open a new account and they said no. We left work early and got there at 4 and said they couldn’t help us. Had I known I wouldn’t have closed out my other account.

      We love Gesa and have been a member since 1987. We moved from the Tri Cities several years ago and are closer to Yakima. The only complaint that I have is the Yakima (Union Gap) location still isn't up to the standards of the Tri Cities as far as speedy customer service. It just takes longer to get waited on in Yakima. The people are terrific and polite once you get to the front of the line. Not much of a negative but to get service it is slower than the Tri Cities.

      The receptionist are very helpful and the transactions are fairly quick and smooth. Sometimes the drive-thru can take longer than ideal.

      Don't come here if your in a hurry..... slowest branch with the longest lines I have ever seen. Just horrible! Can't go inside so sit in a line of cars for 2hours before you finally make it to the window. Then punish your customers with extra charges for trying to call in or make online payments.... can't wait to pay my car off. I will close this account faster than anyone can stop me!

      We moved to Washington a few years ago. When it was time to find a local bank to partner up with, Gesa seemed to fit the bill. We started out with financing our home with them. It was a quick and easy process for us. We moved our checking and savings over to them. Since then we have added two car loans. Every step has been met with smiling faces willing to help us out even in some challenging moments. Thank you everyone at the 1st st location. You have been great!!
