  Pretty horrible. The old man that owns the place is almost impossible to work with. You have to explain maybe four or five times before he finally gets the point. Dropped off my taxes in late March of 2020. I was told they were done and may finally of the same year just to find out that they were not done at all. Now here we are in the middle of July as my taxes are late and he can't understand I just want to pick up my W-2s. My advice would be to stay away from this place and a senile old man Fred Huffman

  The staff is wonderful. We met with Brandy B this year and she was great. She went over everything with us and gave us a few tips to help us out next year. Great customer service. We will definitely be going back next year.

  I tried to call to make an appointment and the guy who answered the phones won't book an appointment bease 'people who call to make one never show up' based on his '10 years in the business'. I'm just surprised he's lasted 10 years in the business with this attitude. Don't waste your time, even if you get an appointment, they probably won't show up.

  I never used this service this place around somebody else to use my name in social security I even contacted them and they still allowed it the manager was so rude I just ended up contacting me IRS and the attorney general about this matter and reported them I actually have to have my stuff mailed to me now for security reasons then you email me asking me for rating I'm not the one that got fraudulently paid by you but guess what tick tock federal charges are being filed

  I ended up spending more money than was told. The daughter that they allowed to amend the taxes took most of my stimulus money that was needed.

  I went to the location in BeechGrove had someone that didn't know what he was doin took two hours then I get a letter from the IRS that they made a mistake ....and liberty didn't even want to discount the fees even tho it put a delay on my refund Fred was very rude I would not go back to them and don't recommend them to anyone.....

  the workers have an horrible attitude and the do not care to listen nor help you out when you have questions. I DO NOT recommend coming here
