  I filed my taxes at this location here recently ,and I had my taxes prepared by Lerenda Marek. The process went very smooth needless to say I'm was more than elated with the Customer Service I received. I really appreciated the assistance. I'll definitely be back again.

  I go to Cindy Bell every single year! If you haven't got your taxes done yet you should go see her!! I most definitely recommend her!!

  I have used Liberty Tax Service for 10 yrs now. I have used they same preparer Ms. Cindy Bell for the past 5 years, she is excellent. she goes above and beyond to take care of your tax needs. She will take time to answer any questions you may have. if she dont know the answer she will find out the answer for you. If you cant make it at certain times, she will come and file your taxes at your convenience. so go ahead call on over ask for cindy bell and schedule your appointment to get those taxes done.

No matter if you are feeling good that day or not. I have enjoyed your service of help for the pass few years and I will always follow you no matter where you end up at.   I wanna thank Cindy Bell for preparing my taxes for 2020. As soon as I open the door she was ready for me.. She quick she asks the questions needed to be asked and ur out of there... y’all go see Cindy Bell. Thanks again I’ll see u next yr👍🏽

  I drove of Newport to liberty tax in Newbern so that I could have Lerenda Marek do my taxes. She has been doing my taxes for the last 7 or 8 years. She does a awesome job!
