  I was so surprised with everything here. The young lady I had was awesome. Her customer service was out of this world. It felt less like a business and more like a family. After talking with her, I knew I made the right decision by picking this financial institute. This is a wonderful business that delivers exceptional customer service.   The represenative that I was working with (Kisha) was very professional and very informative. Kisha explained details of the loan and how it was to be paid back and how long it would take to repay the loan. She also explained that there were no penalties for extra payments or pay off early. Kisha was friendly and the staff in the office were very professional.

  I have received pre approved letter. When i apply for the loan they not approve it. Just more inquiries on my credit. Worst company ever
