  1st off. I was told that I would get $50.00, in which I didn’t and 2nd.. the individual that did my taxes switched me a discount when I didn’t ask for it and afterwards told me the reason for not getting $50.00 is because he gave me a discount. So I felt that I was lied to.. bad experience.

  Terrible customer service!! Young lady there has a lot more manners than the white hair grown men there (I didn’t get a formal introduction). He was going around my question and when I told him “ I don’t want to be rude, I don’t think you’re understanding my question “ he didn’t even let me finish and opened the door for me to leave... because “i was being rude” 🤦🏻‍♀️ best of luck to you sir. But if you want your business to grow, change is required.

  Don't file your taxes here !! They're are extremely rude, with negative attitude. First off, I was not even greeted. I went for a tax copy and they were so uptight to not provide my copy. To be specific, a lady on the left first table was writing hard on my copies with a upset tone, attitude and face expression. I usually do not make negative comments on places but I feel like naive ppl pay $350 + for a service and shouldn't have to put up with negativeness. Also, they SCAM YOUR $ ! However, go to another tax place or do them online. Save YOUR $$$ :)

  I just went there a few days ago the lady didnt know what she was doing she kept me waiting for 20 minutes,i told them what i needed help with all they did was charge me for a service i never even got done!!! Don't go there!! I wont ever again.

  They charge way too much to do taxes. And they use Net Spend . Net spend is a Rip Off. They charge you to use your own money! Ridiculous

  They were very rude to me over the phone I cleared my throat and they started saying I have covid 19 mind you this we were on the phone lol

  don't go there unless you want to get ripped off, I recommend the one on harbor and orangethorpe by marshals.
