  Got right in with appointment. You don't have to have one but you may have to wait if you don't. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Didn't take her but a few minutes and we were in and done and out.

  Went there yesterday to get my fiance' s taxes done. The lady that helped us was very rude and didn't make us feel welcome at all. All my fiance had to file were a few w2s. The lady saw the w2s and said this is going to be a nightmare then started going through some of them and stated that it wasn't even worth working for the amount of some of the dollar amounts on the forms. She was very rude and at one point answered he telephone and told a customer on the phone that they must have royally messed something up on there taxes because they were beyong messed up. Finally after sitting through the backwardness as she made more rude demeaning comments she told us that she was done and that the total would be $186. My fiance gave her a 50% off coupon for first time clients. The lady told us that she had already figured that in. First time and last time customers! Liberty tax service is rude and way over priced! Would not recommend to anyone!

  Hours don't reflect properly online. Cant get my taxes done if you arent open.

  Too expensive didnt get taxes done. Went to Tax 29 for less than half your price.

  Really rude woman.seriously i regret going there so much.she didn't even say hello!All the time she was behaving like she hates everyone and her job so much!!
