  I have been a member since 1980 and have had no issues till lately. I was having trouble logging into my account. It was telling me my password failed although I knew I knew it was the correct password. After speaking to THREE customer service reps three different times I was told their system had crashed. This was after I changed my password to try to gain access per the suggestions of the first two reps. Ugh ! So frustrating ! Why wasn't everyone on the same page as far as letting the customer know it was an IT issue ? Not sure I want to keep banking with an institution that lacks communication issues like this.

  Maryann Sturia is absolutely amazing. I have been with the credit union for over 20 years and she is always been so helpful. She makes banking simple and easy. She is always available and knowledgeable. I won’t go any where else!

  Called for car loan and was told all associates were busy. Mary the manager called me back almost in seconds and handled the application herself. Took info, and a few emails later, everything electronically signed and done. Thanks!

  CSE has been the most professional bank or credit union I've ever belonged too. Everyone is always curtious, kind and very knowledgeable also very willing to help you no matter what.

  I just want to take a second and thank my local credit union for declining me for a car loan to replace my car that I traded in. I’ve had a loan with them for over a year with 100% on time payments. But I applied for a loan on Monday for the new car and traded in my old car same day. Got declined on Tuesday for the new car for the same term and same amount that was owed on the old car. Now I get to be without a car for a while until I can figure out what to do. Btw, credit was there, loan to value was there, and so was income. Weird I got declined after my old loan was paid in full. Thanks again!!!
