  I was given the pleasure of working with Daniel Sole on my first home purchase. During the process, I was riddled with many questions and doubt - alongside paperwork and money management. Dan put his best foot forward in helping me traverse each step of the way. By providing guidance and ensuring all tasks were completed on time, he was able to get me into my new home as soon as I liked to be. There's a lot to take in when buying your first home, but he was able to exhibit trust and care for my objective, providing me that ease of mind throughout. When an officer like Dan demonstrates how work ethic and determination can get work done and fulfill each party's goal, you know you're in good hands. I couldn't recommend anyone else for the job.

  What can I say. Dan was impressive to work with. This was by far the fastest and most efficient loan process that I've done, and I've done a few. Dan was in constant communication, on top of scheduling, and was always available day or night to answer any questions I had. He is courteous and a true professional. He came highly recommended and I will do the same for you. If you have any mortgage needs, Dan is the go to guy!

  To say Dan went above and beyond is an understatement! I wanted to refinance my house, but was dreading it because it was my first one. He helped me understand the process and ran through several different scenarios which made me know he had my best interest at heart. He was very patient and was not pushy in any way! He made the paperwork so easy and fast! I even reached out to Dan several months after closing to ask him questions about a loan that had nothing to do with him. It’s not very often that you find someone who will go out of there way to help you just because, but he did! If you are looking for someone who will help you now and in the future, I highly recommend Dan! You will not be disappointed.

  Never in my life did I think buying property would be so easy. Daniel made it not only an easy experience, but a memorable one too. Definitely going back to him for my future property endeavors. Anyone else would be just a poor choice. 10/10
