  Great place to have a starter savings account for young savers in school to learn about money. Good rates for college students and parents to park their liquid funds for college than a big bank acct . Old Hometown feel and service so maybe you can find a lollipop like the olden days by the teller. Drive thru hours too!

  Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. I have closed both accounts and gone to PNC.

  Very friendly staff and great service! My wife and I were there last week for the first time. Both employees worked with us were extremely patient and helpful. The lady called me later to follow up with the questions I had. Best banking experience I've had in a long time.

  After almost 22 years I have to close my account and find another bank. This is the 3rd time I was turned down for a small loan which other banks offered. Never have direct communication or an assessment to help their clients meets their financial goals. Apple expect loyalty from its clients, but is not loyal to its clients.

  Worst bank you will ever deal with. Online services and app are horrible. Loan servicing and customer service ranks near the bottom of any financial institution I have ever dealt with.

  Apple federal credit union has been going downhill over the last few years, even before COVID-19. I’m going to close my account due to the lack of help I’ve been getting from them. They just don’t seem to care anymore. Customer service is not what it used to be.
