      They are really really patient and super nice with everything! They actually care about you and want you to get every dime back in taxes. Environment was super friendly. It felt as if I walked into a familiar household. Good to say that I’ll be coming back next year.

      I’m currently sitting outside at 12:35pm of the store. Sign says open but there isn’t a person inside. Door is locked. Big sign out front that says “walk-ins welcome”. Just currently confused and bothered the one day I have time . I guess liberty tax does not. I called. Sent to voicemail about 6 times. What’s the deal? Why even be in business ?

      I liked the people and they had stuff to entertain my kid plus juice boxes n fruit snacks. But there was a mistake made be it a small,honest mistake... My SSI withholding was entered as my federal tax withholding and moved the decimal point so in short they said I paid 400$ more in federal than I did. They said they will cover any penalties or fines and interest if there is any issue from Uncle Sam. I would have gave 5 stars if not for that
