  Mike and his team work very hard to assure everything goes as smoothly as possible and every box is checked, even in the unusual circumstances we had. (Government shutdown in Jan-Feb, 2019 when we bought our house. Covid-19 in 2020 during our refi.) Mike also stays in contact throughout any process just to give updates and check in to see how we are. I greatly appreciate being kept in the loop given my lack of experience having/managing a mortgage.

  Mike Bradley of Presidential Bank Mortgage is amazing. I wouldn't still be a real estate agent if it wasn't for him. He walked me through my first transactions and held my hand for years as he taught me how to get a home from contract to close, all about the loan process and how to calculate seller net sheets He taught me all about the grant programs and even helped some of my clients get in without a penny out-of-pocket. He's taken my calls even when he was at a Redskin game, and has done some amazing things to help rescue some of my clients out of homelessness and into homeownership for life. He's attended every closing and he's always gotten it done on time without stress for my clients. I didn't realize how much Mike truly did until some of my other clients went with different lenders and I found out what a confusing, scary ride that could be. Couldn't recommend him more.

  Lisa and her team did an outstanding job. This was a very difficult purchase due to the unprofessionalism on the seller’s side. If it wasn’t for the great support, lightning fast response time and five star professional aptitude, I probably would have backed out of the home purchase.   Working with Lisa Gastrell made the entire process easier!! Lisa was professional, courteous, up front, and also patient. I must have asked her the same questions many times and she just simply continued to explain the answer as many times as I needed her to. We had some outside money coming into the transaction and she took it upon herself to reach out to the other institution, so she could better understand where their process was.
