      First time using Liberty tax and I’m impressed… my wife I were using H&R for many years but after having to pay in 3 out of the last 5 years, I had enough… We went to Connie in Huntsville Tx and she was more than helpful in what we could and couldn’t claim.       Terrible, horrible service! They're never in the office and never answer the phone and when they do no one knows anything! They made a mess of my taxes and can't find my paperwork, none of it! They don't know the username or password to their filing system, what!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? It's always someone else's fault. If I could I would give them no stars! Don't do business here!
