  Will not work with you if you cancel a lay a way. The manager took it personal like its her money. She tried to belittle me which was a failure. I’ve contacted corporate office. Will not shop there again. She’s a woman with little power.

  First off I am new here yesterday night I came in to purchase some tools but a employee “Josselin” I think told me some parts were not working properly before I decided to make a purchase. If I come in again I would say ask another employee who knows what they are doing instead of not paying attention while she is working.

  I am new to the place and there very friendly. However, I did not like this worker named “Josselin” First off bad experience with her. She had bad communication, she has no experience what’s so ever. I would definitely come again, but just not to her.

  I will definitely come back!! Crew members are awesome and they sure do know how to give you a GOOD deal!! Recommend this place plus it’s ONLY 10% interest!! What other pawnshop you know that does that?? None I tell ya 🤦🏻‍♀️ If I can give this place a 10 star review I would!!

  I'm disappointed. I drive here and the lady asks me if my ring is stainless steel. I said I don't know and then she says, "I think it's stainless steel. I'm sorry we don't take stainless." I "think" if you actually check to see what it is, that would've helped me out instead of just assuming. I guess I will figure out another way to get rid of this ring.

  Great service always, and very informative about all items and situations!! Diana and josselin are always helpful and very polite at all times!! Main reason I only come this pawn shop!! Thank you!

  The people at this pawn shop are incredibly amazing! I have been a loyal customer since 2013 and never, not once have I been given poor service. I highly recommend it! Whether Daniel, Krystal, David or Erica you will always get friendly service, value and quality.

  Excellent customer service from the entire staff!! They make sure to acknowledge you even if they are busy with another customer. David was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about every item in the store. The whole crew is doing a great job!

  The owner and his wife are the nicest people ever. I have purchased numerous high end laptops and other electronics and have never had any issues with any item. Come here if you want great products at a great prices and dont forget to stop off at the yellow taco truck across the street. Killer flautas!

  Great place to shop, love the clean environment. Fabulous sales reps. Krystal, Liz, Josslin, and Alberto,. They are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Keep up the good work guys, you guys are amazing.
