  Texas Loan Star truly provided me with a great and effortless experience on my recent Re-Fi. With no doubt it was primarily in part of the expertise and attentive staff. Mortgage Mike was my primary contact from the beginning. He as on que from the start! He stayed in constant contact with me on everything needing to be done. He was very pro-active and not re-active-( as was my experience with other lenders). He was very easy to reach at any time of the day/evening. No matter the issue he was all over it. He took care of us like we were family. I seriously have never felt so appreciated as a customer from beginning to end. Just an overall warm and friendly person. And I am pretty sure there were times he was way too busy to deal with me, but he never showed it, or seemed too rushed to handle my call. I have recommended him to my family and friends who are wanting to refinance/or need a home loan!

  Oh my gosh lifesavers! We met with three different companies, but Loan Star came back with the best terms, and quickest close!! It was seriously wonderful experience.   When you get tired of the "Big Boys" and how they make you feel like your fortunate that they will talk to you or entertain a refinance loan for your home...............let me save you a lot of time and extra hits on your credit report - I learned the hard way, I should have talked to Laith and the Team without the others - they treated me like I was important and gave me the best deal along with explaining the full process. Believe it or not - one company told me I wasn't borrowing enough to make it worth their time and I should be happy with what they offer me and another one told me that if I sent them the competitors numbers they would match it - now that is not the way to do business in my book! I recommend Laith and Team
