  Recently I just completed a refinance through Barbara Masters at Movement Mortgage and it was a terrific experience. Barb helped me before in getting my first mortgage and also assisted me when I did my first refinance. I always felt that Barb works with you and you not working for her. She is detailed and organized and will answer any question that you may have, no matter what. I never felt that she talked down to me, she always treated myself with the upmost respect. If you are a first time home buyer or doing a refinance or pulling equity I highly recommend using Barbara Masters because she will assist you every step of the way. As i said before, this is the third time that I used her with mortgage needs. Once again, she is a fantastic person to work with, you will be happy if you use her to assist you with your mortgage needs.

  I met Barbara when I refinanced our home the first time to a lower interest rate when I shopped around because I felt pressured by our original home loan company when we started looking into refinancing and he was bad mouthing that I even would look around at my options. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I was happy enough we used her again this second time and would continue to recommend her and her team to anyone looking.

  Barbara is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever done business with. She was engaged and professional from the beggining . She was extremely helpful in guiding me through the mortgage process. Was great at explaining everything to me clearly and presenting all of my options. Barbara walked me through every step of the way and was there anytime I needed to ask a question or just a little reassurance that things were progressing smoothly .
