  My recently deceased mother did her taxes at Liberty Tax in Kalispell. My mother passed of old age, not Covid, but after the nightmare of Covid affecting businesses, customer service decline, the confusion of stimulus checks or debit cards that were thrown away, etc., it has become quite difficult to get anything done or accomplished. JEREMY, who I spoke with over the phone at this business, is the exception to every bad experience I have ever had with calls that just drop after you have been on hold for what seems like an eternity, people you can't hear or understand or that don't even listen to the question, recordings where you leave a message and never hear back, and calls where no one even answers at all. Thank God for Jeremy!!!! He resolved everything when he answered the phone on his day off while just coming into the office to check on things. He is a gem and an answer to prayers when you really need one to be listened to. Thank you!

  For customer service, truly the best place to get your taxes done. The service is over the top. Friendly, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. They have a written guarantee included for FREE for every return filed, and they stand by those guarantees. There are a LOT of great things to say about the Liberty Tax Service in Kalispell and you'll know what I'm talking about as soon as you step in their door! Definitely five stars.

  Jeremy Uhde is amazing at his job! He really knows what he's doing. He makes your experience fun because he's very personable and charismatic. The top dog boss man Mark is the same way. They really do their best to tend to your needs and do so in a very professional and efficient manner. They do their best to get you the best return.

  Very nice customer service. Worked with Ashley the year before and she took excellent care of me! However, a little on the expensive side. Would still recommend having them take care of your taxes knowing things are done correctly and accurately. Great communication as well throughout the whole process.

  I am a veteran and my wife and I moved to Kalispell last Fall from WA. We sold and bought houses in 2 States. Mark Robison took our tax docs, worked our returns (Fed and MT) while we sat there and finished the return in a bit more than an hour. Mark was recommended to us. No wonder. He was charming, professional and we left with a friend as well as a tax professional. We have used a CPA before. Mark has customers for life.
