  My wife and I have been going to liberty tax in Selma for 7 years. We can not express enough how phenomenal they are. Juanita the owner and Jennifer her co-worker are the only 2 who do our taxes. They are very thorough, extremely professional and the nicest ladies you will ever meet. When you are here you feel like family. I can not express enough, you want your taxes done right and affordable Go see my girls. In my opinion they are best compared to all the rest.

  Left this place after waiting for 30 minutes, which was fine, paperwork takes time and everyone was helping someone when I arrived. My mom is diabetic and her sugar started to drop as we waited. I wanted to run to the grocery store next door to get her some candy and did not want to miss the agent when it was my turn(I was the only person waiting). At that time I stood to confirm that they were still accepting applicants(it’s 1.5 hours till closing) which was confirmed. My follow up question was “ what is your wait time?” The Owner interjected with a how can I help? To which I reiterated my questions. She did not answer my question about the wait and immediately at that point a switch flipped and she said she no longer wanted my service with her chest out and chin up. After the exchange I couldn’t believe it and helped my mom out to leave. For context: I didn’t curse at this woman nor was I ugly, my Mother was right behind me I was respectful the response was uncalled for. —> What’s crazy is that the other agent was coming in the door from break as I was leaving. I could have used the time they needed to catch up if that’s what was going on to get my mom candy and had my taxes prepared as I came to do. This is important to me even if it’s not to you but this is your job. What’s wrong with saying “15-20 minutes”??? TLDR: I was treated like anything when prompting basic communications between us and the title was used to justify their actions plain and simple.

  I loved the service that I received from Miss Juanita I love her whole life and I would recommend anybody who need their taxes done the right way Library tax service would be the place to go I have been going there the past 4 year’s and never had any problems she’s very professional.
