  Can not say enough about this branch. Customer service is excellent. I drive past the Clayton NC branch to visit this branch if I need something. Never been disappointed. Today I had an amazing branch banker by the name of Tina Gurganus. Tina is such a professional and caring person and most importantly Tina knows what she's doing . Tina helped me get my Truck refinance in two days at an amazing rate!

  Personally speaking, I have had such an amazing branch banker by the name of Tina Gurganus. Tina is such a professional and caring person. I loved the way she was very thorough in explaining the process of opening my account with their bank. She's the best, 100 percent!

  I’ve been so frustrated with this branch and the bankers. Being friendly and having Southern charm is one thing. That’s not what banks are primarily for. I asked for simple things. Close my accounts. But after entire saga of confusing talks and calling other branches and taking up hours of time and multiple days in visit, after almost 3 months, it is still not resolved. They are holding my collateral hostage for months even after I’ve stopped owning an account! I will NEVER. EVER. use BB&T.

  I hate BB&T so bad. I log in first time ever online and all of a sudden I've been magically signed up for paperless statements. I didn't get my mail statement so they didn't get paid and I get a statement in the mail for my overdue account! I called up and the customer service rep knew immediately exactly what happened. Shady digital banking practices. And I had a late fee. This is the reason I don't have checking with BB&T and only keeping the credit card until I have enough rewards to redeem and then I AM DONE. Bye BB&T!

  They have a drive thru my f-350 doesn't fit through without rubbing tires on each side. When I go to web site to meet them at door, every extension including operater no answer.

  Great service always! Jessica is always very helpful. Even during a global pandemic where only the drive-thru is open I’m always given fast and friendly service! Awesome bank!

  Even though I can't go in the bank without an appointment due to covid-19 right now they do their best to answer any questions over the phone they even checked my account for something I needed to check right after I made a deposit at the ATM.

  They are always fast, friendly and courteous. We have done our banking with BB&T for many years and plan to be there many more.

  Antiquated bank with bad policies on minimum balances and associated low balance fees. Most modern banks have no minimum balances and few in any fees. Time to change banks and leave BB&T in the past (where they are stuck).

  Don’t try reaching a human. I have been on hold 1:31 minutes.
