  Talk about horrible rude service. Where do I start we went on the day that they were giving $50 cash upfront (which we discussed numerous times while we were there getting our taxes done.) but they didn’t want to give it to us because they gave us a (discount) they can only take a max amount of money from us by law so they were at their max. The whole time we were there they were making racial slurs about one of their Asian customers who is also a family friend. Yes very rude and unprofessional. We filed for 3 years (2016 2017 2018) all direct deposit and were told they were all gonna be direct deposit. Turns out that previous years will only be mailed. IRS told us, also the lady that filed our taxes didn’t even put our apartment number on our paperwork. And when I called back they were so rude. Never going to these racist money hungry people again.

  These guys are awesome! Very knowledgeable and polite. I'm always coming in there with issues I think are going to end my world but they always have answers and ways to fix my issues quickly and accurately. I've never had an issue with the IRS using liberty tax. The only down fall is it is a little on the high side for the fees for their service. But you get what you pay for and I am completely satisfied.

  This guy is rude and condescending. His fee for a simple W2 actually cost more than the refund I was getting this year. I told him I’m not paying for a 10 minute service that’s only going to end up taking money out of my pocket and that I’ll just e-file. That’s when he looked at me through the corner of his eyes and smirked. “Then you can make the amendment on your 2017 taxes yourself. Good luck with that.” (I need to write off some flood related costs from Harvey) Like he’s the only one in town that can help me with that. He’s forgotten that he needs me more than I need him. And not to mention the woman he had actually pecking at the computer inputting my info. She was nice enough. But she could barely speak English. And every question I asked her, she had to interrupt him to get the answer.

  I used to go every year here and last year I didn't and regretted it. Went yesterday and it was so nice to see Michael and the others again. I will never do it myself again because I hated it and it is so much easier to go and have a good experience. Love you guys!!

  Michael has prepared our taxes for the past 4 years. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. The rates are very reasonable.

  I WAS TOLD OTHER TAX SERVICE IN AREA THAT MICHAEL HAS CLOSED HIS COMPANY. ITS REALLY SAD BECAUSE I NEEDED TO GET SO MUCH DONE WITH HIS COMPANY AND NOW I CALL AND I DON'T GET AN ANSWER EVER. I SURE WISH HE WOULD HAVE WARNED OUR FAMILY AS WE ALL GO TO HIM EVERY YEAR AND NOW WE DON'T KNOW WHO TO TURN TO. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES JUST TO BE SURE AND THERE IS NEVER AN ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALL. I EVEN PLEADED ON SEVERAL MESSAGES IF SOMEONE GOT THE MESSAGE TO PLEASE CALL US BACK AND NOTHING. I'VE NOW HAD TO RESORT TO LOOKING FOR NEW TAX ACCOUNTANT AND BOOK KEEPER THAT CAN HELP US AND OUR FAMILY AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO FIND A GOOD ONE. I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER LIBERTY TAX COMPANIES IN THE AREA SO HOPEFULLY THEY CAN HELP US OUT WHEN ALL THESE HARD TIMES PASS AS I KNOW IT'S DIFFICULT TO GET ANYTHING DONE AT THE MOMENT.

  Nothing make a strip center look more ghetto than a liberty tax services place. 100 bandit signs, flags, and the cheapest possible sign spinners or even worse mannequins holding signs. Ug
