  The Worst Experience, I was attended by a girl who did not know much, she asked her partner everything. I have always used direct deposit, this year she placed a check "Without asking" and that cannot be changed until next year. And as an extra they didn't give us the $ 50 that they offered my husband to come and take me as a reference. (According to the person who had the cash, it was not there) "I hope they will improve for next year although we will not return again." My husband's experience was not very successful but he does not like to waste time in qualifying, so by chance I found his address again and did not miss the opportunity to let him know that they should improve.

  Ciara and all these people will screw you over they took all my money when they did my taxes pulled out of a loan and they only gave me 300 out of what I was supposed to get don't ever come here these are lying and stealing your money don't trust them and they are doing fraud giving people more money then they supposed to I am reporting all of them to the IRS and to the higher up

  The ladies working at this location have been the nicest out of the three locations I have used around here. I will be going back to this office instead from now on for filling my taxes.

  I made an appointment for 6pm however I was running late so I called to let them know and the lady who answered was awesome. She said not to worry about it and get there when I can. I arrived at 6:30 and they were closed. Why are they closed at 6:30 on a Friday when the business hours state they are open til 9pm. They are unpredictable and unprofessional so I certainly don't want them handling my money!!!

  Don't ever deal with them, I have been there twice to deal with a tax return for my girlfriend. She is not able to file taxes for herself this year, she gave me a power of a attorney to file her taxes for her. I was there and filed the return, Two weeks later I got a call, they mis-filed the return and I had to go back in to re-file. Now 4 weeks later I have to go back again to correct another one of their errors. Such a waste of time. So un-professional.

  So simple and easy. Super friendly and give you cash for doing your taxes. Not expensive at all. I’m very great full for liberty tax. I won’t go anywhere elese
