  I dont like to leave negative reviews but this was my very first time there and I have to say that I had the worst experience, I would have given 0 star rating but this location is very organized but the customer service is horrible. I was waiting at the pawncounter line for a few minutes and all employees were busy assisting customers but there was on gentleman in particular short Hispanic with glasses,even when being told to help he proceeded to go in the back and did nothing but poked his head out (I'm guessing just to see if there was still a line), while there was a long line waiting . I could see the frustration on other employees face. I just ended up leaving , they NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK .

  Excellent customer service. Ryan was so fantastic and pleasant. The store is well organized, and clean. Will definitely do business with them again. A must stop for everyone.

  Liz, Matilda and Jose are very helpful with anything and everything you need. The store is extremely cleaned and very welcoming. No matter what they always make it a pleasure working with them.

  Brian, Paula, and G (my girl can't spell her name) all are so professional and helpful. I was in and out and on my way!!! They are fast fair friendly and made me feel better about my situation as it is embarassing to me!!! Love these guys wld recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you again you guys

  Believe me...this place might be clean, which is a minor review, compared to the experience of myself and who knows how many more, as being lied to! ALWAYS CHECK THE PAPERWORK! ! They mess up everytime I have been there. The only one who actually shows ANY integrity so far is the manager Christy. The others including Jason will tell you one thing and then deny he did. VERY DISAPPOINTING JASON!! DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL!

  Let me start of by saying that this review isnt for the company but for an associate whom i believe goes above and beyond for customers. Everytime i go into this shop i am always greeted by jason. He shows nothing but great customer service and professionalism. I am surprised he isnt the one running that place.

  I'll never buy from this pawn shop ever again, Their customer service is terrible. They sold me a special TV and did not give me the remote that was designed for the TV itself...Moving forward I will pass by this pawn shop and go to another one.

  Just say I originally bought my 6x9 for $154 off ct sounds website ok then maybe 6-8 months I bought different brand and wanted to sell my 2 ct sounds strato coax 6x9 to them ok so they looked up a price off Amazon, ok what ever then they looked up another model n tell me they can buy them for $35 ok INSULTING then when I point out they were looking up the wrong speakers she tells me oh I can buy them for $100 new so she then tends to offer me $15 and I brought them in the original box with grills! I mean speakers are practically new! No scratches dents tears anything.

  I have to say I've been too many pawn shops throughout my life and this pawn shop is a very best one the customer service is superior honest they don't try to teach you and it's just a great place to come I advise you to come here before anywhere else

  The service has gotten progessively worse over the years. Ive been comming here on and off for many years. The store is horribly managed, seems like employees have either the not my job attitude or i dont care attitude. I will say that Brian/Ryan (one of those names) was extremely cool and quick... Once he got around to helping me...
