  I've been in Florida Central Bank over 20 years. Of course it is a bank so sometimes they're a bumps in the road. But this bank has proved to be the best bank that I've ever been to with. I've seen tellers come and go and I've seen the place move from one place to another. However there's been a strong fixture at this Bank. Her name is Toni Dunbar. One morning last week I went to the bank at opening and saw Mrs Dunbar out in the parking lot. She was picking up trash. I asked her being the bank manager why would she be out picking up trash. Her response to me was " it looked awful and this needed to be done. " This to me exemplifies what a manager is. Although she knows how to delegate she saw something that needed to be done and took an issue to. Mrs Dunbar has also done this in her banking abilities. Anytime I need anything I would ask Mrs Dunbar and it would get done or she would direct me to where I needed to go. She is an awesome dedicated and extraordinary manager. In my opinion she's above the rest.

  This is one of the best Credit unions I have ever bank with. Mrs. Toni D is awesome! She is very kind, sweet, very patient and will not let you leave the bank until your issue is resolved and your satisfied. Thanks to Mrs. Toni D. For everything you do! I have been with this credit union for over 12 years and definitely not planning on leaving anytime soon.

  I love Florida central credit Union and their services. Especially the manager Toni Dunbar, she helped me with finding the best car loan for my vehicle. My mother opened her account there and she loves the benefits and the staff. Great job everyone I would recommend anyone to open account there.

  Regina Jimenez was exceptional!!! I had fraud on my debit card and Regina handled me with concern and urgency — we got my card turned off and my claim filed in just a matter of minutes. Quick and painless! As great as the entire experience was, it was her genuine caring that really impressed me.

  The branch manger toni is such a wonderful & amazing person. Shes always there to welcome you as soon as you step foot through the door all the way from office. She’s very helpful, PROFESSIONAL & joyful. You always leave with a smile on your face, because you get the best service & everything is done in a timely manner. I really appreciate her & love dealing with her for all the service i need.

  Smooth sailing when I refinanced auto loan with Toni Dunbar, branch manager, she makes everything fast, easy, convenient. Professional yet very friendly and helpful. No banking institution is as nice to deal with as Florida Central!

  The branch manager Toni is a absolute pleasure to deal with. Always so joyful, helpful and knowledgeable! We love Florida Central CU when we walk in we feel like we are at home where everyone knows us and us by our first names always willing to help. We have had our personal and business accounts there for many years and wouldn't bank anywhere else! Thanks again Toni for all you do!!

  I’ve been a customer with Florida Central Credit Union for over 25 years. There’s a reason for that. The staff I started out with on 5th Street West always was pro-active in taken care of my needs. Since the branch has moved to the 9th Street West location, it’s even better. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the doors. The staff always greet you with a smile and is happy to help you. But, I can’t help but believe that’s it’s because of the Ms. Toni Dunbar ( Branch Manager). I see how she steps in when her staff needs assistance. If she see you come in, she make it a point to personally acknowledge you. I love the small town personal service they offer. I will continue to refer as many people as possible to my branch.   Gina Jimenez went above and beyond for me. Gina was able to get both of my cars refinanced and always communicated with me about what was going on. Gina was always happy to answer all of my questions with professionalism and in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all your help Gina!
