      If I could give zero, I would.This is the worst experience I've ever had with taxes ! I was blindsided by the tax prep fee. $600 ! When I protested, I was told "I'll give you a break & knock $200. off" WHAT ! You should be knocking $400. off. It is absolutely ridiculous that they charge you by the page you turn in.The preparer didn't instill much confidence either. He muttered to himself & seemed not to know where some 1099's went. I was there 2 1/2 hrs. I don't own my own business, I don't have multiple properties, I have 1 savings acct. not multiple financial holdings. You can bet your last tax dollar I'll be doing my taxes again on Turbo Tax for $60.

      If I could give it 0 stars I would. The most unprofessional people who work in there. The owner has no cares in the world about customer satisfaction. They will let everyone hear your personal information... I was put in speaker phone unknowingly while.giving personal information. Debbie Shaw is rude and mouthy and very ghetto. I would not recommend anyone get there taxes done here.

      Made an appointment for a specific time, when i went in other people showed up with the same appointment time! Ended up waiting hours to see someone. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional make this the last time i use library tax. Terrible customer service!!
