I went to another notary service and the five dollars was well worth being treated like you were a human being. Upon receiving the funds from the sale of the house, I needed to have some paperwork notarized to recast the mortgage on my existing home that is with Wells Fargo. I called to make an appointment. The message told me to go online to make an appointment. When I went online the online information said that if you needed a notary you should call for an appointment. I have been unable to get through to the bank.I have all my retirement savings with Wells Fargo and would never think of changing but this branch is not a good representative of the service that Wells Fargo should offer its customers."
