  Oxford's Citadel has the best team! My family and I have always received the best service. In particular Kimberly Stout who is the Market Manager goes above and beyond to help with any banking needs we have. Keeps us up to date on any new offerings like specials on CD's , Home Equity promotions etc. I would recommend Citadel if you're looking for exceptional customer service.

  I moved from a large bank to Citadel and have no regrets. Citadel Oxford branch is the best! Excellent Service & Staff. Always there when I have a question and info is accurate.

  Paid off a auto loan that I had with Citadel on December 2 of 2021. Never received the title. When I called they told me to contact DMV. Well I did and DMV wants to charge me $58 for a duplicate title. When I called back I was on hold forever and transferred from person to person.

  This is a scammy bank. Tried to cash a bond from over a decade ago and they said it would take a month to receive. 1 month later they tried to act like it was already cashed.. then why would I have the original document? They lied and their phone number is 666, so not surprised.

  This was not a direct interaction, just feedback about contacting the local branch. Wanting information about opening an account and preferring to speak directly with the local bank I tried calling two different numbers listed for the Oxford PA branch of Citadel. After a 15 minute wait for an answer it was picked up by Corporate. The person who answered said that all calls go directly to Corporate! So why make it look like you're calling local?? That person didn't have the info I was looking for, and tried to call Oxford directly but they didn't answer after another 15 minutes. She took my name and said she'd have them call me back.

  I am very upset with the way the bank was plowed for this last snow storm due it has never looked like that before when nu-image landscaping had it the sidewalk where very Icy and the lanes where not plowed very well and I couldn’t even believe that I was afraid to drive up to the atm because I was afraid of not being able to reach it also the company that was plowing the shopping center was very rude to me and my kids by yelling and cursing at us. I think we may need to rethink our banking account plans

  I switched over to citadel from Fulton bank about 5 years ago and haven't looked back. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help with whatever issues I come to.

  Switched from Sun East about 6 years ago, great service at the 5+ locations I’ve visited over the years. Wouldn’t recommend any other CU or bank over this one

  Just got ripped off 100 dollars teller stole them i gues cause they magically disapeared🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I would recomend WELLS FARGO way better service

  I have been banking with citadel for about 14 years now I recently referred a friend to use citadel I work for the company and every time we use the card at lowes or home depot there is a hold placed for fraud well that's their reason this is absurd that a construction company cant use a business card at a supply house it's not just once its every purchase lately and he has been on the phone with the bank multiple house this week boat loads of wasted time that a small business cant afford
