      They don't take responsibility of your money. It's been months since I filled and I call them, they say it's not our problem, talk to the IRS! Shows no information on IRS website about my filling status!! Please DON'T File there unless you want to loss your money! And get treated horribly while paying $200+.. VERY unprofessional! Not first time or first guy the they messed up their return.

      Does not effectively and efficiently file student taxes. My peers along with my own tax returns are late and we are still waiting for the money. Furthermore, we have also received a letter from the state asking for 2017 information that should have already been provided by Liberty Tax when filing for our return. This being the second year we have filed our taxes with the company. Not happy at all with the service! It is definitely not worth the $300 and something charge.
