Monique Garcia5Amber was really helpful! I had a ton of questions and she took time to answer all of them. She made me fell comfortable and explained the whole process. Also found stuff I didn’t know I could file for! She was amazing!

Feliz Means Happy1I am not one to share a bad experience but I just have to as PSA. The service fees are astronomically high. Paying $400-$600 for filing taxes is ridiculous. The consumer doesn’t see it because they have a brilliant marketing campaign where they say they will give you $50.00- and a $50.00 for every new referral. What they won’t say is that it’s literally coming out of your own refund. The customer service has also gone down so much- I overheard other clients business, which I found unacceptable. And it was not my intention to do so, but I guess its the new way to run business. But what really did it for me was when they were giving out Coronas at a tax office establishments?!? Like who does that? I am from NYC- and I have seen some things, but never have I ever heard of Coronas being tossed around on a causal Monday night where people are getting an important process done, such as their taxes. Now, this isn’t even about being conservative or not, I just thinks it’s unethical and quite frankly it makes me a little nervous about doing business with them. I mean how You trust that they will do your return at the highest level of professionalism when they are sending out a message that it’s okay to give your clients beer while also ask them important questions- which in turn are going to the government? I can see the idea of wanting to make people feel at home, but that’s the thing people aren’t at home. They are at a tax office, handling an important matter. So it’s safe to say that clearly they are catering to a very different demographic. And quite honestly I didn’t even feel safe with having my information there. I’ve been doing my taxes with them for years, but this time I noticed not as many employees assisting clients- and not as many clients as the previous years. I think people are beginning to catch on. So please do yourself a favor a read the fine print. And don’t let the snacks, beverages and T-shirt’s fool you- because you have already paid for those things- you just don’t know about it.

Charlee McHale1PLEASE go somewhere else!!!!! If I could only give this horrible place a 0, I would!!! Last weekend my husband and I made an appointment to go get our taxes done here. Not only did our tax prepare, Erika, start an hour late but she was the only in the office. It took 3 hour to do a simple tax return. She was having issues with their new software on portion of our state tax return (we just moved here from another state that required us to pay state taxes). She was the only one in the office IN THE MIDDLE OF TAX SEASON because her coworker had gone home sick. She kept having to get up and help other people while me and my family waited on her to get done. I wish I could say that this is the only issue that we had, but sadly it is not. Between having to get up every ten minutes to help others, she was having problems with figuring out the portion of the state return. At first it was we were good to go but the software was not working, to once they "figured out what was going on" we owed $100. I knew that we did not owe anything and it wasn't until I said that we would take our taxes somewhere else, they magically figured out the return. The most concerning part of it all was while doing our return she was instant messaging "her manager" about us. That "manager" was remotely accessed Erika's computer and was looking over our tax information the entire time!!!!!! For those that do not know what remote access is, it is where another person from another location was looking at her computer screen from an unknown location. Not only were we NEVER notified that this was happening UNTIL THE END OF OUR RETURN, but we were NEVER once asked if this was ok with someone else looking at our personal information. This is concerning to me because of not knowing if they had secured access with they computers. If they did not this meant that a hacker could hack into their system and steal our identity. Once our return was finally done (we were dumb enough to sign the paperwork), we looked over our return to see how much we had paid for us to be there. There fees are OUTRAGES and the poor customer service that we recieved was not worth that money that we had to pay. When we left my husband immediately called the corporate office and we recieved a phone call from the office manger of this office, Amy. Amy seemed very helpful at first and promised to look over our return on Monday and give us a call back. Neither myself nor my husband recieved any call from them. I called back on Tuesday and was told that Amy had tired calling but could not get through to us. We had recieved all our other calls just fine from everyone else, but there seemed to be a "problem" with our phones when she called. Amy assured me that our return was done right and I told her of all my concerns once again. I requested that we get a refund of at least half of our filing fees because of the horrible experience that we had with this office. She stated that she had to speak with the owner and they would get back to us within a couple of days. My husband called today and they are refusing to take our calls I wish that we had looked at the reviews before going to this location. They have been accused of putting tax payers information in jeopardy with throwing information in dumpsters, but they are now doing it by allowing someone outside of their office to look at your tax return without your permission. I feel that people should be warned about this horrible office!!! DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!!! All they want is your money and do not care about anything else! I can gaurantee that if my information is stolen it was due to this office!!!!

Autumn Frakes5Great customer service. My husband and I have been going to this exact location for several years now, we have never had a problem. They give our kids snacks and drinks every time we come in. Definitely recommend them, we have never had a bad experience with any of the employees.

Angela Clark1All around poor management and customer service! I went in on 1/22 and filed my taxes the person who filed them didn't have me review any of the information that she input in the system or take a photo copies. I put in for the advance and was denied for it. (I shrugged off at 1st.) Come to find out 3 days later on my own accord I logged into irs.gov website to check the status of my claim and it was rejected. I looked over my copy of the documents and the woman who put my information in the computer put my social security number in wrong.... I called the store number immediately and the call was transferred to another office where I told that person what was going on. She forwarded my concerns to the store manager and told me that the store manager would be in at 11:30 and that she would call me. I waited until later that afternoon and still NO Call from the store manager. So I called again just to be transferred to the same woman as before... She's with another client she will call you as soon as she is done was the excuse i was given. When she finally called me back and said that they corrected my taxes and submitted them again and the requested for the advance again for me and then told me that I could call or text anytime and she would respond. I still haven't heard anything from the store manager and it in now Monday. I have tried to call again this time the call was NOT forwarded to the other office like before instead I had to leave a voice mail. This is ridiculous.
