  This is our 3rd buying experience (in general) but our first with John Hinchey and his team. They are the absolute best. Full communication the whole time - weekends and nights included. They never asked for duplicate items (this tells me they are very organized). They were done with underwriting when they said they would be. John even called when the rates started to creep and said we need to lock now - I am thankful for his insight and honesty with his clients. I hope this is our last buying experience, but if it's not and we buy in a state that he is approved for - we will be going back to him. A++++++++++++
