  Brian's team and especially Brittany led me through the process and helped me with every detail! They worked to wrap up every loose end until we had completed the process and got everything done in a reasonable time frame (actually more quickly than I expected) . This is the second time I've used Brian's team and I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

  Never returns my calls. Maybe it's because I live out of state? Brian called me back 1 time in 3 weeks. I told him I was pre approved in wa state but was thinking about moving back to tx. Anyways I will not be contacting him anymore.
