      I decided to go with a tax company this year after several years of doing my own taxes, to take advantage of the advances. Kristi was extremely helpful and great to work with. However, it’s been a few days and no word on the advance and no updates on if the irs has even accepted my return. I paid an overpriced filing fee for absolutely no reason, just trouble.
