      FLNB is convenient and easy to work with for lending. I have also used another credit union with a local branch, and the experience has been far superior at FLNB. Missie Hagan and her team are excellent to work with. They have guided me through the process on several occasions, always with professionalism and treating my transactions with personal service. I highly recommend our hometown bank, they definitely deserve a five star rating. Thank you, FLNB!

      I have banked here more than 10 years and they are a wonderful bank. I pay bills online; use their debit card to make purchases; check my balance and changes 23/7. I even get called if it looks like my debit card is being compromised. It is a full-service bank and very personable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

      This bank refuses to deposit restrictively endorsed checks, even when the endorsement is completed properly. They would rather inconvenience their customers by making them go elsewhere. Save yourself time and aggravation: find a bank that knows how to take care of their customers. UPDATE since I don't see a reply button. I have no interest in doing business with you. I have my own bank. Your reply regarding my syntax and diction is a rather weak smokescreen to camouflage your unwillingness to take care of your customers, given that the nice older gentleman who is your customer tried to work with you for half an hour before giving up. I left a review because you are not taking good care of your customers.That is the sole reason I advise people to find another bank - one who will take care of their customers. One who will not lie, and one is knowledgeable.

      I took my boyfriend to cash his check yesterday afternoon at this bank?. And we went out to eat in San Marcos. When we were paying. They were taking awhile. Before we could leave . They said we gave them a counter fit $100 bill. They told us at this point we can't give you it back and they would have to call the police on us. This bank gave us this $100 and i even showed them the receipt from the bank. We were so embarrassed . They gave it back and now we have to go show the bank what they gave my boyfriend and hopfully get his money back right. I thought they are trained to see counter fit money.

      This bank is a complete joke...called to verify funds in an account in order to accept a check and they refused to do so. I have been in business for well over 20 years and I have never had this happen. The woman who answered the phone was rude and quite honestly shouldn't be allowed to converse with customers. I would say to steer clear of this place.

      We have a commercial account with this bank & I can say this bank is the slowest I have ever dealt with. I go through the drive thru, commercial side & it takes “FOREVER!” There were no cars at all & then all of a sudden a vehicle will go into the regular tellers drive thru & they leave before me. I’ve had we’re several vehicles have arrived after me & leave before me. This morning there were no vehicles but one in front of me, I pulled in at 9:46 a.m. & left exactly at 10:21 a.m. 30 mins to make a small deposit, doesn’t make any sense. This is all the time. If there’s no vehicles it can still take up to 15 mins. Why does it take so long to make a simple deposit? There’s always more than one teller. This is insane! 😡

      I've been very disappointed in this bank overall, and I am switching to RBFCU. I gave them many chances and too much trust. I should have been taking many more screen shots to prove their dishonestly, but I placed too much trust in my online banking information being accurate. There have been many times that dates and times of funds are changed. There are times when banking awards are given then taken back because they mistakenly awarded too much. Additionally, they do not list fees and charges accurately if a late/delinquent fee gets charged. I've asked for this to be corrected so that my statement shows accurate information, but they refuse to correct it. For example: my employer was late submitting my funds, which caused an autodraft to overdraft. Instead of showing 32.50 as the overdraft fee, it says that Paypal charged me 32.50. They will not admit that it should just say "over draft charges". No one speaks English well here, and email correspondence proves that their language skills are minimal. Save yourself a headache and bank somewhere else.

      Pleasant and helpful staff and very quick service. Went in for a notary service was in and out in less than 5 min as opposed to RBFCU where i waited for 15 minutes and they werent able to notarize my document.
